I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel on Magnetic Island and I was extremely impressed. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and close to shops and taverns. The service at this hotel is top-notch, with room 

the fact that the outside furniture was falling apart, and some of the main lights didn't work.

The location at Nelly bay was very good, near restaurants,, supermarket, bus and ferry. The appartment was very spacy and comfortable.

Location, Amenities and Friendly Staff

Spent my Christmas in an apartment with wonderful location, close to the ferry terminal and nearby supermarkets. The pool area was fantastic and the hot tub was a plus. I also enjoyed the spacious living room area and lovely 

It was was close to the ferry and the islands public transport, and within walking distance to good restaraunts.

overall it was noisy, both with other resident's and unfortunately our apartment was next to the security gate and it banged all through the night.

Location, terrific. Staff helpful and co-operative. Nice bright apartment. However.. I think that for a resort costing approx $250.00 per day, we would have ........1.received at least two soaps, shower and basin, in our "starter pack. 2. Have had matching cutlery, and

Not made clear on website that there were no eating facilities and (or that advertised breakfast option was a pre prepared packet of items). Housekeeping service lacking in details i.e. bath had no plug, only one Mug in kitchen ( from a set of 4- other 3 in main office we found out latter). Air conditioning failed on first night and we had to move rooms the next day- no-one ever apologised at all for the inconvenience this incurred to our short 3 day stay- we were just told another room was available.This room was outside the main pool and hence lacked privacy. An upgrade rather than a downgrade might have been more appropriate.

The location and the convernience to everything.

We had an amazing stay with stunning views of the harbour and crystal clear waters from our private balcony. The location of this hotel was excellent as it was within walking distance to the ferry terminal and right next to palm trees,

Lots of often small things; Main gate zapper did not work - needed a new battery. Apartment had a smell on entry - from dishwasher. One roll of toilet paper between 2 toilets. Arrived late at night, some milk (long life)would have been great for tea / coffee. One bedside lamp had no bulb.

We stayed at a place so close to the ferry, we could see it from our room. The location was really convenient for hopping on and off the ferry, and we were on the island in no time. The apartment had a good view of the water. The interior was

Maintenance of the unit - missing light bulb on bedside table in main bedroom; blind in main bedroom broken. Limited toiletries supplied eg. one bar of soap; two conditioners given instead of one shampoo and one conditioner. For the price, perhaps a complimentary bottle of wine, candles and matches and free beach towels supplied. We found a lack of privacy on the balcony and could hear conversations in all units surrounding. In the evening a lot of noise in the complex with slamming doors, children running around. We would recommend the apartments for the view. We are returning to the island over Christmas and have chosen a house on the beach with more privacy.

The service - our television was not working and we tried to contact reception and no one answered, we tried multiple times within a 1 hour block Our room was dirty - kitchen bench wasn't wiped down, toiletries and hair from the last people were left in the bathroom
